ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Copus Group make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. The prices quoted on this website are valid for Internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.When an order is placed the customer will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the order.
All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are exclusive of post and packing and exclusive of VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. Copus Group reserves the right to decline an order.
Copus Group is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will correct it or delete it as instructed by you. Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you. Sizes and colours given on this website are approximate and for guidance only. Selecting garment sizes is the responsibility of the Customer and Copus Group will not be held responsible when incorrect sizes are ordered by the Customer.
All items are subject to availability. There may be a small delay if on occasion an item is more popular than we expected or our suppliers, without advance warning, cancel or discontinue styles. In these events you will be offered an alternative or your order may go on ‘Back Order’ You may also be offered the opportunity to cancel the order if you prefer. We will contact you to discuss your order should this apply.
NON DELIVERY, DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Copus Group shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please Contact Us immediately. Please note – discrepancies must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Copus Group, until payment for the goods are received in full.

The simplest and quickest way to contact us is by completing the appropriate enquiry form We endeavour to respond to all emails within two working days, but will often reply to you much sooner. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Copus Group, you should Contact us. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation, within 14 days. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments which are non-returnable unless faulty.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We will refund the product purchase cost only, (i.e. less your original postage costs) applicable to all returns. Note; this includes the ordering of wrong size, style & colour preferences. The product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable condition at our full retail website price. Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund.
Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults that develop from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product. To return an item please email us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA number which you should display on the outside of your parcel. Please return your goods along with the picking list or invoice and a note requesting either a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition.

Copus Group cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other way. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not. Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow up-to 30 days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.
25% Restocking fee will be charged when returning non-stocked goods.
